Celebrate life's special moments in a truly exceptional setting! The Hudson Park Children's Greenhouse invites you to experience the perfect blend of nature and sophistication in our newly constructed spaces. There are two greenhouses, connected by a spacious lobby with two bathrooms. One greenhouse—called Gather-- is designed for event and meeting rentals. The second—called Grow—is a true greenhouse with many plants and working space. Your party can include making a craft to be a take-home favor, such as a mini terrarium or propagating and potting a spider plant. We can work with you to come up with something fun and appropriate for your party.

Welcome to Hudson Park Children's Greenhouse, where we cultivate a love for nature through garden programming. Now, we're delighted to extend our enchanting venue to host your special events and gatherings. Our facility has two 20’ x 50’ greenhouses ‘Grow’ and ‘Gather’ for your consideration. Between these two brilliant venues lies our modern marvel—the lobby building adorned with artwork by renowned pop 3D artist Charles Fazzino. With floor-to-ceiling glass walls and boundless natural light, framing panoramic views of the verdant landscape, this triangular structure extends gracefully into a patio overlooking Echo Bay.

As you bask in the beauty of our surroundings, take note of the historic mansion visible from our grounds. Once a revered landmark, this open-air structure now stands as a stabilized ruin. Despite its transformation, its allure remains undeniable, offering a picturesque backdrop for your celebrations.

Join us at Hudson Park Children's Greenhouse, where every event becomes a cherished memory amidst the splendor of nature and history intertwined.
Wildcliff Mansion is a historic stone mansion perched atop a gentle hill, overlooking Echo Bay on the Long Island Sound. It is a perfect setting to celebrate. This mansion was destroyed by fire in 2018 and now has been stabilized, restored, and reimagined as a ruin with an open-air design. From inside the structure, you can look out to enjoy the sunset and look up to see the stars. The handsome structure features an interior structural system of steel beams enhanced with a modern outdoor lighting system.
It is a fully handicapped accessible structure with level and smooth floors. An ample stone patio surrounds the building and features ramps and stairs. Inside a separate enclosed area of the structure are three modern, single-occupant bathrooms, and a catering kitchen. The catering kitchen has modern conveniences including an ice machine, refrigerator, counters, and sink. With its unique charm and beautiful setting, this venue promises unforgettable events and gatherings, with history and nature as accents.

Capacity: Tables and chairs 120 (inside and terrace); chairs in row 150 (inside); maximum capacity 225 (based on restrooms)

CHILDREN'S parties
- $600 rental fee for Gather greenhouse. (30 children max.)
- $100 management fee
- Signed waiver required
- Tables and chairs included
- Outdoor patio and greenspace available for games (provided by renter)
- Optional---Grow Greenhouse-inspired craft: $20 per child fee including cost of supplies. Craft taught by member(s) of the greenhouse.
ADULT parties
- $600 rental of Gather greenhouse (50 people max) or Grow greenhouse (40 people max.)
- $100 management fee
- Liability Insurance required
- Tables and chairs included, outdoor patio included
- Music/PA system included
- 3-hour time limit. Additional hour $100.
WILDCLIFF MANSION Events
- A unique, historic stone house next to the Greenhouse.
- Structure is open air, but venue can be tented. (Additional fee for tent rentals.) Occupancy 120 people
- Caterer’s kitchen and bathrooms and large patio included.
- $1000 rental for 3 hours. Plus $200 management fee
- $200 per hour thereafter
Food, drink and decorations:
- All food and drink provided by the renter. We suggest Modern Restaurant in New Rochelle—a friend of the Greenhouse—for your catering needs.
- Children’s drinks must be in a covered container
- Alcohol for adult parties limited to beer & wine
- Party decorations permitted include balloons, streamers, flower arrangements and tableware.
- Not permitted: noisemakers, confetti of any type, silly string.
- Renter will tear down party and do simple clean up.
